Shipping within Hong Kong: Orders within Hong Kong are shipped by Hong Kong Post with Standard Shipping. Signature on delivery and extra insurance such as Speed Post can be added upon request. Please email ingrid@byingrid.com if you wish to do this. 

 

Shipping outside of Hong Kong: ​Orders outside of Hong Kong are shipped via International Registered Standard Post and can take between 7 - 12 business days. Fed Ex or signature on delivery and extra insurance can be added upon request with additional charges. Please email ingrid@byingrid.com  if you wish to do this. ​​​

​We will exchange or refund any item(s) you are not happy with as long as the goods and packaging are returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt.

​If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.​​

To refund item(s), if returned in original condition, we will refund the purchase amount minus the shipping fee to the same credit card used at the time of purchase. Shipping charges for items sent with Free Shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To return an item, please email ingrid@byingrid.com. When returning items, please keep proof of postage. Delivery charges and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Any agreed refund will be made to the card on which you made the purchase within 30 days.
